We’re looking for two strong leaders to take our county padel teams forward:
- Open Men’s Padel Captain
- O60 Ladies Padel Captain
These are key volunteer roles leading Dorset in inter-county competition, setting standards, driving performance, and building a competitive team culture. We’re looking for enthusiastic, organised individuals who are passionate about padel and proud to represent Dorset.
These roles involve:
- Selecting and supporting county players
- Coordinating fixtures and communication
- Creating a positive, inclusive team environment
- Helping strengthen the Dorset padel community
You don’t need previous captaincy experience, just good communication skills, reliability, and a genuine commitment to growing the game locally.
