Harry Crisp – Partnerships Advisor
Harry has joined Dorset Tennis & Padel team as a Partnerships Advisor. He is a strong advocate for tennis and padel in the Dorset region. In addition to being an LTA-accredited coach, he holds a European Sponsorship Sales Certificate and has a background in advising & delivering partnerships through his role as Business Development Manager at Hampshire Cricket & Utilita Bowl.
Dorset Tennis & Padel has formed strong partnerships with brands such as Babolat and Golden Padel and is always looking to forge strong relationships with local & national businesses to further develop tennis & padel in the Dorset region and increase participation by ensuring tennis and padel are relevant, inclusive, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable.

Dorset Tennis & Padel raises additional discretionary funding through partners who share our values and passion for developing tennis and padel in the county and contributing to our charitable purpose of making tennis and padel relevant, inclusive, accessible, welcoming & enjoyable throughout the county.
Working with partners enables us to deliver the following;
- supporting our work in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
- providing additional funding to our junior and adult county teams, helping them to excel
- hosting an annual Celebration of County Tennis event to reward and award players, volunteers, coaches and officials
- providing additional competitive opportunities, such as inter-county friendlies and box leagues
- supporting the work of our disability tennis and padel programme
- awarding grants to partner organisations and to individuals undertaking coaching and officiating qualifications, supporting them to help us achieve our charitable objectives
